格隆汇4月27日丨运机集团(001288.SZ)公布，公司于2025年4月25日与 SILVER VALLEY INTERNATIONAL SA（中文名称：几内亚银谷国际有限公司，以下简称“银谷国际”）签订了《几内亚银谷国际有限公司铝土矿项目128公里长距离越野转弯带式输送系统工程总承包(EPC)合同》，合同暂定含税总价为4.06亿美元（按 2025 年 4 月 25日中国人民银行汇率中间价折算约合人民币29.26亿元），约占公司2024年度经审计营业收入的190.53%。
