中国稀土公告，公司实际控制人中国稀土集团将其持有的10058.737万股股份无偿划转给广晟控股集团，占公司总股本的9.48%。本次权益变动已完成过户登记，广晟控股集团成为持股5%以上股东。权益变动后，中国稀土集团合计持有公司股份30306.004万股，占总股本28.56%，仍为实际控制人。广晟控股集团承诺不谋求实际控制权，并在股份转让时提前通知中国稀土集团。
