智通财经APP讯，洛阳钼业(03993)发布公告，已收到袁宏林及李朝春的书面辞职报告。因个人原因，袁宏林向董事会申请辞去董事长、非执行董事及董事会相关专门委员会委员职务，于公司股东大会增补相关董事的决议批准之时生效;其辞任生效之前，袁宏林将继续履行前述相关职务。因个人原因，李朝春向董事会申请辞去副董事长、执行董事、战略及可持续发展委员会委员及首席投资官职务，辞呈生效日期为送达董事会当日(即本公告日期)。
提名阙朝阳及刘建锋分别为第七届董事会执行董事候选人，惟须提交公司2024年度股东周年大会由股东审议批准。
已决议分别委任阙朝阳为常务副总裁及首席运营官，刘建锋为首席投资官，Kenny Ives( Kenny)为副总裁及首席商务官以及谭啸为副总裁，自本公告日期起生效，直至公司2026年度股东周年大会之日为止。
