【河南：加强房地产“白名单”项目贷款投放 扩大收购存量商品房规模】金十数据4月28日讯，河南省人民政府办公厅印发《奋战二季度确保“双过半”若干政策措施》，加强房地产“白名单”项目贷款投放，扩大收购存量商品房规模，2025年6月底前基本完成保交房项目交付。对购买居家适老化改造产品的老年人家庭，按照适老化改造产品总费用的30%给予补贴，每房补贴上限为1.2万元。
