银行ETF优选(517900)冲击三连阳，工商银行、建设银行盘中再创新高
银行板块28日盘中再度走强，工商银行、建设银行再创新高。截至尾盘，表征板块的银行ETF优选(517900)涨0.99%，冲击三连升。
消息面上，高层会议强调，要加紧实施更加积极有为的宏观政策，用好用足更加积极的财政政策和适度宽松的货币政策。加快地方政府专项债券、超长期特别国债等发行使用。兜牢基层“三保”底线。适时降准降息，保持流动性充裕，加力支持实体经济。机构表示，政治局会议定调加紧实施更加积极有为的宏观政策，助力银行基本面预期稳定。
中信证券表示，由于2025年基准利率相对平稳，预计一季度银行息差走低幅度低于年初预期；因此，尽管大部分银行景气度延续低位运行，但向下超预期概率偏低。从投资角度看，在宏观“审慎”和“走弱”的两种假设情形下，银行板块相对于大部分行业而言，基本面具备相对稳健特征，相对价值显著。
