快科技4月28日消息，据报道，45岁的安徽京东快递员近日分享了自己的职业经历：入职京东13年累计税后收入超100万元。

　　该员工每月五险一金按8045元基数足额缴纳，疫情期间也从未拖欠工资，并已签订无固定期限劳动合同。

　　这位老员工感慨道："京东给了我体面的生活"。

　　现在京东外卖也在加大全职骑手的招聘力度，未来三个月，京东将招聘10万名全职骑手，全部缴纳五险一金且所有费用都由公司承担，平均缴纳2000元左右五险一金。

　　值得注意的是，全职骑手入职前3个月，公司会提供至少5000元的保底工资，多劳多得。

　　此外，骑手还可享受法定福利假期、年假、家礼、体检、带薪病假、爱心基金等多项福利。京东还为表现优异的全职骑手提供晋升骑手副站长、站长的职业发展机会，鼓励他们向更多骑手传授跑单经验，帮助大家提升收入。
