Hokuhoku Financial Group Raises Fiscal 2024 Earnings, Dividend Forecasts

Hokuhoku Financial Group (TYO:8377) raised its full-year earnings and dividend forecast for fiscal 2024, driven by higher projected net interest income from its subsidiary banks.

The group now expects ordinary profits to reach 51 billion yen, up from the 46 billion yen projection initially, and net income to hit 39 billion yen, higher than the previous estimate of 35 billion yen.

In line with the improved earnings outlook, the company revised its year-end dividend forecast upward to 27.50 yen per share from 20 yen per share.

Hokuhoku Financial Group's shares gained 2% at market close.
