大湄公河次区域（GMS）中老柬（昆明-万象-金边）跨境直达运输发车仪式4月27日在昆明举行，这标志着在大湄公河次区域便利货物及人员跨境运输协定的框架下，又一条国际物流新通道正式启动常态化运营。

10点30分，由云南中畅物流有限公司与GMS云南产业服务中心联合承运的“云上营家”货运车队，满载吊扇、塑料水箱等日用百货，从中国昆明出发，将经过老挝万象，最终抵达柬埔寨金边。

此次GMS中老柬跨境直达运输采用“一箱到底”“一车到底”运输模式，通过预先申报、电子关锁、多国联程等智慧物流技术，实现全程“零换装、零调柜、零掏箱”，大幅提升运输效率。

云南中畅物流有限公司国际多式联运事业部主管范爽表示，相比传统运输方式，新通道预计可将单程运输时效压缩至6至8天，效率提升40%以上。

据悉，新通道的常态化运营不仅构建了昆明直达金边的物流快线，还通过老挝万象等枢纽城市的辐射作用，进一步织密覆盖东南亚的物流网络。

下一步，云南省交通运输厅将持续完善跨境物流网络体系，推动更多大湄公河次区域（GMS）国际运输线路开通运营。（记者李溪岩、孙敏）
