2025年4月18日，中诚信国际公布评级报告，中国雄安集团有限公司2025年面向专业投资者公开发行企业债券(第一期)获“AAA”评级。
中诚信国际认为河北省的经济体量及财政实力稳居全国中上游，潜在的支持能力很强；雄安新区（以下简称“新区”）政治地位极其重要，而中国雄安集团有限公司（以下简称“雄安集团”或“公司”）作为其最重要的建设开发和综合运营主体，在推进城市建设和城市运营中发挥重要作用，对新区政府的重要性很高；且雄安集团开发建设板块业务稳定性及可持续性很强。但亦需关注部分业务经营效益尚未完全释放、经营活动净现金流稳定性待提升等因素对其经营和整体信用状况造成的影响。
资料显示，雄安集团系2017年7月18日经国务院同意，由河北省人民政府出资设立、并授权雄安新区管理委员会（以下简称“新区管委会”）履行出资人职责的省属重点骨干企业，初始注册资本为100.00亿元。截至2024年9月末，公司注册资本为300.00亿元，实收资本为199.90亿元，河北省人民政府是雄安集团唯一股东及实际控制人。公司是雄安新区投资、融资、开发、建设、经营的主体力量、主导力量、核心力量，以打造疏解北京非首都功能集中承载地为首要任务，结合雄安新区近期及中期建设需求，布局了开发建设、城市运营、产业投资和金融服务四大板块。
中诚信国际认为，中国雄安集团有限公司信用水平在未来12~18个月内将保持稳定。
