HONG KONG, April 28 (Reuters) - Shares of Bright Smart Securities & Commodities Group 1428.HK are set to open 60.7% higher after resuming trade on Monday after Ant Group agreed to buy 50.55% stake in the Hong Kong-based brokerage for HK$2.81 billion ($362.26 million).
The stock set to open at HK$4.90 each, the highest since its debut in August 2010.
