Hansen Technologies (ASX:HSN) agreed to acquire software licenses and assets from CONUTI GmbH for up to 7.5 million euros, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.
CONUTI GmbH is a long-term partner of powercloud, which was acquired by the company in February 2024, the filing said.
The company will finance the transaction using cash reserves and debt facility drawdown, with certain closing conditions to be fulfilled in the next few months, per the filing.
Hansen Technologies shares rose nearly 3% in morning trade on Monday.
