该新成交顶层特色单位为第1B座28B室，单位实用面积为523平方呎，附设101呎平台及523呎天台。单位间隔为两房连梗厨，客厅相连平台，连接楼梯，直达天台，隐私度高。该单位刚以招标形式出售，成交价为907万，实用面积呎价为17,342元，同时享有一个车位的认购权。
