消息面上，新濠国际发展发布公告称，建议进行二供一，发行7.58亿股；供股价1.0286港元，较4月25日收报折让72.93%。集资总额7.8亿港元，所得净额7.71亿港元，主要用于偿还2021年信贷融资之部分未偿还本金及利息。主席兼行政总裁何猷龙已承诺按持股61.44%比例认购供股股份。
