智通财经APP获悉，晋景新能(01783)早盘涨近5%，高见8.45港元，创历史新高。截至发稿，涨4.1%，报8.38港元，成交额1758.58万港元。
消息面上，晋景新能近日发布公告称，其与晶科能源的附属公司浙江晶科储能于3月16日就双方在绿色能源领域的相关合作签署了谅解备忘录。值得注意的是，这是晋景新能继2月份与国轩高科达成全面的战略合作协议之后，又开拓的一家新客户，这也从侧面说明，晋景新能搭建的锂电池回收与循环利用的全球服务体系所拥有的巨大价值正被市场及行业内玩家所认可。
董事会认为，本公司与晶科订立的谅解备忘录将优化电池回收业务，双方将致力于发展创新合作模式，在全球及本地打造高效及有效的电池材料回收及绿色物流解决方案。该等合作(倘落实)将进一步巩固本公司作为全球新能源业务市场先导者的地位。拟进行的合作亦符合本公司的发展战略。鉴于上述理由及裨益，董事会认为，订立备忘录符合本公司及其股东的整体利益。
