　　首程控股发布公告，于2025年4月23日，公司的间接全资附属公司首景投资（作为有限合伙人）与中国人寿、财信人寿（作为有限合伙人）和创弛企业管理（作为特殊有限合伙人），及公司的间接全资附属公司北京朗佳与国寿置业作为普通合伙人（同时担任执行事务合伙人（北京朗佳与国寿置业统称“执行事务合伙人”，各自为“执行事务合伙人”））签订了合伙协议，以成立合伙企业。国寿资本自合伙企业成立之日起担任管理人。
