Republic Services (RSG) filed a registration statement Friday for the potential sale of an unspecified amount of securities from time to time.
The filing covers debt securities, common and preferred stock, warrants, stock purchase contracts, stock purchase units and subscription rights.
The net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, the company said.
