金融界4月28日消息，中国人民银行副行长邹澜4月28日在国新办新闻发布会上表示，关注到近期美债市场出现波动，长期以来，我国外汇储备以安全、流动、保值增值为目标，按照市场化、专业化原则，在国际金融市场开展投资，实现了投资组合较为有效的分散化，单一市场、单一资产的变动，对我国外汇储备的影响总体有限。
