智通财经APP讯，中国安储能源(02399)公布，预期该集团于2024年取得公司权益持有人应占亏损不少于约人民币3.51亿元，2023年公司股东应占亏损则约为人民币5230万元。
公告称，预期亏损增加主要归因于以下各项的合并影响：(i) 本年度来自工业产品板块及男士服装板块的收益减少;(ii) 因公平值下降导致投资物业及使用权资产减值亏损增加;(iii) 国际财务报告准则第 9 号“财务工具”项下贸易应收款项信贷亏损拨备增加，有关贸易应收款项账龄长及因而被视为已减值;及 (iv) 就本年度向部分董事及集团员工授出购股权的权益结算以股份为基础的付款开支增加。
