4月27日，皇朝家居控股有限公司（股票代码：01198.HK，以下简称“皇朝家居”）发布委任联席公司秘书公告。

公告称，皇朝家居委任钟裕华为公司联席秘书，自2025年4月25日起生效。

钟裕华，三十五岁，2011年毕业于华南师范大学获得法学学士学位。自2024年4月加入皇朝家居，并于法律事务及合规公司治理、投资者关系方面拥有十四年的经验。钟裕华于2020年2月加入科学城集团，并在科学城集团内曾担任过个职位，包括担任广州科学城创业投资管理有限公司风险管理部经理，负责合规、风险管理、内部控制及信息披露工作。
