本报告期，面对行业形势和经济周期的双重压力，公司主要经营指标保持基本稳定，海外业务发展韧性较强，境内大城市业务发展稳健，传统大交通支柱业务承压，但依然保持建筑行业领先地位。集团新签合同额为人民币5530.34亿元，同比增长9.02%。
