智通财经APP讯，顺丰控股(06936)公布，基于对公司未来发展前景的信心和对其价值的高度认可，为进一步健全其长效激励机制，充分调动核心骨干及优秀员工的积极性，共同促进公司的长远发展，公司在综合考虑业务发展前景、经营情况、财务状况、盈利能力以及近期股票在二级市场表现的基础上，计划以其自有资金通过二级市场回购其A股股份。
本次回购价格将不超过每股A股人民币60元，用于回购的资金总额将不低于人民币 5亿元且不超过人民币 10亿元。回购的A股股份将用于未来拟推出的员工持股计划或股权激励计划。
