智通财经APP讯，国银金租(01606)公布，公司作为出租人与承租人灵丘夏初海博新能源有限公司及卖方山西晋开电力科技有限公司于2025年4月25日(交易时段后)订立本次融资租赁安排，据此，(i)公司作为买方与承租人及卖方订立本次转让合同，同意以代价人民币4.48亿元向卖方购买本次交易标的，及(ii)公司作为出租人与承租人订立本次融资租赁合同，同意向承租人出租本次租赁物(即本次交易标的)，租赁期为216个月，租赁利息于租赁期内总额合计约为人民币1.7亿元。
本次租赁物为承租人拥有的位于中国山西省大同市灵丘县的风力发电设备。
