智通财经APP讯，国家联合资源(00254)发布公告，于2025年4月28日，卖方(公司的全资附属公司国家联合资源数字经济有限公司)与买方(中国国经新兴产业发展集团有限公司)订立设备收购协议，据此，卖方同意出售而买方同意购买设备，代价为6480万港元。
设备指在设备收购协议中所约定的配备系统应用软件的数据分析基础设备。
公告称，鉴于美国政府持续对中国社交媒体平台实施监管限制，导致设备服务的客户对数据分析设备的需求明显下降，且自特朗普政府执政以来，相关监管政策持续存在不确定性。此外，集团已接获客户通知，该业务板块服务费收入已大幅下降。经过慎重评估，集团管理层认为，继续持有这些专业设备资产将使集团面临重大营运风险。鉴于设备用途专属性强，市场受众面狭窄，在当前市场环境下难以寻获替代客户，因此，出售事项被视为减轻潜在损失并符合集团战略利益的最佳策略。
