全球旅游技术公司Sabre与另类资产管理巨头TPG已签署最终协议，TPG同意以11亿美元现金收购Sabre旗下酒店解决方案业务（Hospitality Solutions）。

　　TPG将通过其欧美私募股权平台TPG Capital进行此项投资，具体交易条款未予披露。TPG成立于1992年，总部位于旧金山，目前管理资产规模达2460亿美元。

　　交易完成后，Hospitality Solutions将作为独立运营企业，继续为全球酒店业提供核心技术支持，并获得TPG的专项资源以推动增长。

　　该业务为全球超过40%的头部酒店品牌提供SaaS软件及解决方案，其集成化平台可高效管理预订与客户信息，提升酒店运营精准度。

　　Sabre总裁兼CEO库尔特-埃克特（Kurt Ekert）表示：“11亿美元的出售价格印证了Hospitality Solutions团队过去几年的转型成果。此举使Sabre能更专注于航空IT和旅游平台核心业务。我们相信TPG的投资理念与专业能力将为该业务的所有客户创造显著价值。”
