4月28日午间，融创中国发布公告称，在当日香港高等法院聆讯中，颁令将呈请聆讯进一步延期至2025年8月25日。

　　依据融创中国此前公告，公司于1月10日收到中国信达（香港）资产管理有限公司向香港高等法院提出的清盘呈请，内容有关Shining Delight Investment Limited（公司之间接全资附属公司）作为借款人及公司作为担保人未向呈请人作为贷款人偿还贷款，涉及本金总额3000万美元及应计利息。

　　对于境外债务重组进度，4月17日，融创中国发布公告，针对总规模约95.5亿美元的境外债务重组，已取得重大进展，持有债务本金约13亿美元的初始同意债权人已签订重组支持协议，持有债务本金超10亿美元的债权人正在进行签署程序，支持债权人合计持有债务本金占现有债务本金总额约26%。融创现向其他债务持有人寻求更广泛的支持。
