九江银行(06190)发布公告，该行非执行董事周苗女士因到龄退任，不再担任该行非执行董事及董事会合规管理委员会主任委员职务。该行董事会已于2025年4月28日收到周苗女士的退任报告，周苗女士的退任自新任非执行董事就任之日起生效。新任非执行董事就任之前，周苗女士仍将履行该行非执行董事及董事会合规管理委员会主任委员的职责。

于2025年4月28日，董事会审议通过建议选举吴海鸣女士为该行第七届董事会非执行董事。吴海鸣女士的任职经该行股东大会批准后，自国家金融监管机构核准其董事资格之日起生效，任期至第七届董事会届满之日止，任期届满后可以连选连任。
