智通财经APP讯，国泰君安(02611)发布公告，于2025年4月22日，香港公司注册处处长发出《注册非香港公司变更名称注册证明书》(《证明书》)，《证明书》确认本公司根据《公司条例》(香港法例第622章)第 16部在香港注册的英文名称由“Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd.”变更为“Guotai Haitong Securities Co., Ltd.”及中文名称由“国泰君安证券股份有限公司”变更为“国泰海通证券股份有限公司”。
本公司于联交所进行买卖H股的中文证券简称将由“国泰君安”变更为“国泰海通”及英文证券简称将由“GTJA”变更为“GTHT”，自2025年4月30日上午9时正起生效。H股股份代号维持不变，仍为“02611”。本公司作为担保人的有关债务的债务证券简称维持不变，仍为“GTJA HOLD N2604”及“GTJA HOLD N2706”，且有关债务的证券代号亦维持不变，仍为“40649”及“05041”。
