根据认购结果，供股事项认购不足额为8335.45万股供股股份，占根据供股事项可供认购供股股份总数约60.91%。

根据上述申请及接纳结果，补偿安排涉及8335.45万股未获认购供股股份，占根据供股事项的供股股份总数约60.91%。公司已根据GEM上市规则第10.31(2)条作出安排，透过向独立承配人提呈发售未获认购供股股份，以出售未获认购供股股份，受益人为透过供股事项获提呈发售该等股份的股东。

预期配售代理将根据配售协议于2025年4月28日(星期一)开始进行配售事项，并将不迟于2025年5月2日(星期五)下午五时正结束。公司将不会发行任何并非根据补偿安排配售的未获认购供股股份，因此供股事项的规模将相应缩减。
