【复宏汉霖：授予Alvogen Korea汉斯状独家许可】金十数据4月25日讯，复宏汉霖公告，公司与Alvogen Korea Co., Ltd.订立许可协议，授予其在韩国独家商业化汉斯状（斯鲁利单抗注射液）的权利。根据协议，Alvogen Korea将支付首付款500万美元，监管里程碑付款不超过950万美元，商业销售里程碑款项不超过9750万美元，以及基于年度净销售额18%至25%不等的比例计算的分层特许权使用费。许可协议自签署日起生效，初始有效期至许可产品首次商业化销售之日起10周年届满。
