智通财经APP讯，大悦城地产(00207)发布公告，公司已接获由中国银行间市场交易商协会发出日期为2025年4月22日的批准通知(参考编号：中市协注[2025] MTN379号)，就中粮置业投资有限公司(公司于中华人民共和国注册成立的间接非全资附属公司)建议向合资格投资者一次性或分期发行总面值不超过人民币15亿元的中期票据进行注册，期限为3+N年。中期票据的初始期限为3年，发行人可在初始期限结束时选择赎回，或可以依据发行条款进行续期，直至在初始期限后每满三年的当日赎回。中期票据于初始期限内适用的票面利率将于发行中期票据时通过簿记建档方式确定，其后的票面利率将根据每个票面利率重置日中国当期基准利率加上利差再加上150个基点重置。中期票据的票面利率每年支付一次，惟发行人可延期支付，而于延期期间，发行人不可分派股息或削减股本，直至递延金额悉数支付为止。此外，中期票据为无担保债券，且地位次于发行人的普通债券持有人。中期票据将于全国银行间债券市场买卖。
