智通财经APP讯，上海复旦(01385)公布，2025 年 4 月 25 日，公司收到复旦复控出具的《告知函》：截至 2025 年 4 月 24 日，复旦复控以复旦微电A 股股票7,887,616 股换购上证综指交易型开放式指数证券投资基金份额，占公司总股本的 0.96%。参与换购的股份数量已达成，本次换购证券投资基金份额实施完毕。
本次换购完成后，复旦复控直接持有复旦微电12.38%的股份，不再是复旦微电第一大股东。
