Metaplanet (TYO:3350) has fully exercised its 14th Series Stock Acquisition Rights, allocated to EVO FUND, with 7.7 million shares issued, according to a Thursday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
This accounts for 18.2% of the total 42,000 issued rights. As of April 23, all rights have been exercised, bringing the total number of outstanding shares to 499.1 million.
The company also executed a partial early redemption of its 11th Series unsecured corporate bonds, redeeming $1 million out of the total $10 million.
The redemption is financed by proceeds from the exercise of stock acquisition rights.
