智通财经APP讯，一脉阳光(02522)发布公告，于2025年4月25日，公司与配售代理订立配售协议，配售代理已有条件及个别同意作为公司配售代理按尽力基准促使不少于六名承配人(彼等及彼等的最终实益拥有人将为独立第三方)购买975万股配售股份，配售价为每股配售股份20.00港元。
假设于本公告日期至完成日期期间已发行股份数目并无变动，配售事项下的975万股配售股份相当于经配发及发行配售股份扩大后已发行H股数目的约3.76%及已发行股份数目的约2.66%。每股配售股份的配售价为20.00港元，较2025年4月24日(即最后交易日)于联交所所报每股H股收市价23.50港元折让约14.89%。
假设所有配售股份均获悉数配售且待完成后，预计配售事项所得款项总额及所得款项净额(经扣除配售事项佣金及配售事项的其他相关成本及开支后)将分别约为1.95亿港元及1.82亿港元。
配售事项所得款项净额约50%用于业务投资及并购，透过自主投资建设、产业投资孵化、收购及并购等多项措施持续扩大集团影像中心业务的覆盖范围;配售事项所得款项净额约25%用于海外业务拓展及布局，进一步扩大在海外市场的业务开拓;配售事项所得款项净额约15%用于数据及研发，深入挖掘医学影像数据的价值，构建人工智能与智慧化生态圈;及配售事项所得款项净额约10%用于补充一般营运资金。
