配售事项所得款项总额预期将为1.95亿港元。净额预计约为1.82亿港元，将按以下方式动用：
(a) 配售事项所得款项净额约50%，或约9115万港元，用于业务投资及并购，透过自主投资建设、产业投资孵化、收购及并购等多项措施持续扩大本集团影像中心业务的覆盖范围；
(b) 配售事项所得款项净额约25%，或约4557万港元，用于海外业务拓展及布局，进一步扩大在海外市场的业务开拓；
(c) 配售事项所得款项净额约15%，或约2734万港元，用于数据及研发，深入挖掘医学影像数据的价值，构建人工智能与智慧化生态圈；
(d) 配售事项所得款项净额约10%，或约1823万港元，用于补充一般营运资金。
