配售事项料净集资约1.82亿元，公司拟将配售事项所得款项净额约50%用于业务投资及并购，透过自主投资建设、产业投资孵化、收购及并购等多项措施持续扩大集团影像中心业务的覆盖范围；约25%用于海外业务拓展及布局，进一步扩大在海外市场的业务开拓；约15%用于数据及研发，深入挖掘医学影像数据的价值，构建人工智能与智慧化生态圈；约10%用于补充一般营运资金。(js/w)
