智通财经APP获悉，和铂医药-B(02142)再涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.53%，报8.3港元，成交额5924.6万港元。
消息面上，和铂医药3月发布公告称，与阿斯利康订立全球战略合作协议，共同研发针对免疫性疾病、肿瘤及其他多种疾病的新一代多特异性抗体。阿斯利康还可选择在未来五年内将更多项目纳入合作，订约方可在双方同意的情况下将协议期再延长五年。为了进一步推进合作协议下合作项目及双方更多其他合作，和铂医药和阿斯利康将在北京共建一个创新中心。阿斯利康还以1.05亿美元认购和铂医药9.15%的新发行股，成为和铂医药的大股东之一。
太平洋证券指出，和铂医药已多次获得阿斯利康的青睐。根据医药魔方NextPharma全球新药数据库显示，2022年至今阿斯利康总计与11家中国创新药企达成14次BD合作。和铂医药凭借3次合作，以及此次超45亿美元的潜在总交易金额，稳居阿斯利康中国BD交易榜首。除了阿斯利康之外，和铂医药还曾与辉瑞、艾伯维等多家MNC达成合作协议。和铂医药获得MNC的青睐，依靠的是其专有的HarbourMice全人源抗体技术平台和诺纳生物技术平台。
