WPG Holdings (TPE:3702) concluded its tender offer for Fortune Information Systems (TPE:2468) with 33.4 million shares tendered, below the maximum limit of 35.7 million shares.
The offer period ran from March 5 to April 23, according to a Thursday Taiwan Exchange filing.
The semiconductor components company received regulatory approval from Taiwan's Fair Trade Commission.
