SATS (SGX:S58) has named Timothy Tang as the group chief financial officer, effective July 25, as part of the company's succession plans, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Thursday.
Tang will succeed Manfred Seah, who will transition into the role of a special advisor, effective the same date, the filing added.
Most recently, Tang served as CFO of global luxury travel retailer DFS Group.
