消息面上，周大福公布，该集团截至2025年3月31日止三个月(第四季度)零售值同比下降11.6%。中国内地零售值同比下滑10.4%，中国香港、中国澳门及其他市场零售值同比下滑20.7%。于第四季度，宏观经济外部因素及黄金价格高企持续影响消费意欲。然而，季内公司的产品优化措施取得积极成效，带动定价产品展现强劲的增长势头及需求，加上 开展有效的农历新年营销活动，中国内地的同店销售跌幅有所收窄。季内，内地直营店及加盟店的同店销售分别同比下降13.2%及8.7%。
中金指出，虽然面临金价持续上升，但4QFY25中国内地业务呈现环比改善势头，流水、同店分别下滑10.4%、13.2%(上季度分别下滑13.0%、16.1%)，黄金及镶嵌品类同店下滑幅度分别为13.8%、12.1%(上季度分别下滑15.3%、20.3%)，主要贡献来自定价黄金产品以及黄金镶嵌钻石和其他宝石品类如翡翠的强劲增长。渠道方面，内地延续渠道质量升级战略，季内净关店395家。港澳及其他市场继续受到市民外游和内地消费者购买行为变化的影响，流水同比-20.7%、同店同比-22.5%，跌幅与上季度类似。
