消息面上，金沙中国发布公告，根据美国公认会计原则，金沙中国2025年第一季的净收益总额由2024年第一季减少5.7%至17亿美元。金沙中国2025年第一季的净收入为2.02亿美元，同比跌近32%；经调整物业EBITDA为5.35亿元，同比跌12.3%。
花旗发表研究报告指，金沙中国首季财报表现符合预期。集团旗下澳门伦敦人酒店目前已全面投入营运，考虑最新的市场博彩收入趋势、即将来临的五一长假期，以及大股东LVS表明有意继续从市场上购入金沙中国的股份，再加上恢复派息，预料都将为其股价提供支持。随着伦敦人酒店在五一假期前全面投入营运，花旗预料金沙中国今年下半年EBITDA将显着复苏。相信首季财报公布后，市场对财报表现或令人失望的担忧已消散。
