　　4月25日消息，港股三大指数高开高走。截至午间收盘，恒生指数涨1.36%，报22206.82点，恒生科技指数涨1.87%，国企指数涨1.29%。盘面上，科网股普遍上涨，联想集团涨近6%，百度集团涨超5%，哔哩哔哩、快手、网易、阿里巴巴涨超3%，腾讯控股涨超2%；AI医疗概念股冲高回落，医渡科技一度涨超10%；内房股强势大涨，金辉控股涨超43%。

　　AI医疗概念股冲高回落，医渡科技一度涨超10%。近日七部门联合印发《医药工业数智化转型实施方案(2025-2030年)》。支持相关单位建立医药大模型创新平台，协同开展医药大模型技术产品研发、监管科学研究等，强化标准规范、科技伦理、应用安全和风险管理等规则建设。开展“人工智能赋能医药全产业链”应用试点，鼓励龙头医药企业与医疗机构、科研院所、上下游企业、大用户等组成联合体，面向医药全产业链形成一批效果显著的标志性应用场景。鼓励各地建设医药人工智能领域概念验证、中试验证、共性技术、知识产权运营、开源社区等公共服务平台。

　　内房股强势大涨，金辉控股涨超43%。花旗集团策略师呼吁投资者建仓中国房地产股票，因为政策支持和更好的管理实践有望提升该行业的盈利能力。花旗分析师Griffin Chan和Cindy Li在周三的报告中表示：“我们预计，未来两年将是布局中国房地产板块的好时机，随着资产周转和定价的改善，其股本回报率有望持续提升。”
