2025年第一季度，随着各地政策逐步落地见效，居民刚性和改善性住房需要逐步释放，重点城市商品房销售降幅较2024年收窄。3月上旬召开的“两会”，政府工作报告强调“持续用力推动房地产市场止跌回稳”，扩内需、稳楼市的政策，为房地产市场止跌回稳提供强有力的支撑。
集团财务健康、现金充裕、资产质量优异、安全屏障厚实、资源聚合能力持续增强。凭借行业领先的投资力、产品力、销售力与成本优势，集团有信心保持稳健可持续的高质量发展。
2025年第一季度，集团连同其联营公司及合营公司实现合约物业销售额为人民币464.2亿元，相应销售面积为219万平方米。
期内，集团在中国内地七个城市新增九幅土地，新增土地储备总建筑面积为128万平方米，权益建筑面积为127万平方米，总地价为人民币275.5亿元，权益地价为人民币272.9亿元。
截至2025年3月31日止3个月，集团的收入为人民币367.3亿元，经营溢利为人民币56.7亿元。
集团继续保持稳健的财务状况与强劲的成本优势，净借贷比率和融资成本维持于行业最低区间。
