锅圈(02517.HK) 公布，已于近期收到中国证监会就公司实施H股全流通所发出之日期为4月25日的备案通知书。根据备案通知书，公司已完成向中国证监会就公司股东锅圈实业及不约而同持有的公司约9.38亿股境内未上市股份转为H股的备案。其中，锅圈实业持股数量为8.8亿股，不约而同持股数量为5,652.74万股。
