阿里-W(09988.HK) (BABA.US) 旗下高德地图宣布在香港推出“车费保镖”功能，依托高德地图的导航能力及智能算法，透过分析车辆行驶路线、交通阻塞等实时信息建立多维度的费用异常识别模型，可精准识别恶意兜路行为等异常情况。行程中若因塞车等客观因素导致车费波动，系统会主动向乘客说明原因；若发现司机恶意兜路或收取不合理费用，则联同合作出行平台重新核算车费，实现“自动改价”或“先行赔付”，全程无需用户手动介入，以保障乘客权益。
