【广东：支持更多符合条件的民间资本项目发行基础设施REITs】金十数据4月25日讯，广东省人民政府办公厅印发广东省关于进一步深化投融资体制改革若干举措的通知，其中提到，支持民间资本参与重大项目建设，聚焦铁路、高速公路、港口、机场、水利、核电、火电、充电桩、储能、先进制造业、现代设施农业等领域，梳理形成向民营企业推介的重大项目和应用场景清单，吸引民间资本参与建设。支持民间资本与国有资本联合，依法依规通过合资共设、股权转让、增资扩股等方式，共同参与重大项目投资建设运营。加大基础设施领域不动产投资信托基金（REITs）项目的培育和申报工作力度，支持更多符合条件的民间资本项目发行基础设施REITs。
