智通财经APP讯，中国建筑国际(03311)发布公告，截至2025年3月31日止三个月，集团的未经审核集团营业额及应占合营企业营业额分别约为人民币228.87亿元及人民币9.95亿元(2024年3月31日：人民币220.88亿元及人民币5.55亿元)。而未经审核经营溢利及应占合营企业盈利合共约人民币39.63亿元(2024年3月31日：人民币35.76亿元)。
截至2025年3月31日止三个月，集团累计新签合约额约为人民币505.1亿元。于2025年3月31日，集团未完合约额约为人民币3756.5亿元。
过往集团的财政年度综合财务报表的呈列货币为港币。于2025年，集团将编制综合财务报表的呈列货币由港币改为人民币。考虑到集团大部分交易以及资金来源均以人民币计值及结算，变更呈列货币能让公司股东及潜在投资者更清晰地了解集团的财务表现。董事局认为人民币更适合作为集团综合财务报表的呈列货币。预期变更呈列货币及将比较数字由港币重列为人民币不会对集团的综合财务报表造成重大影响。
