智通财经APP讯，航天控股(00031)发布公告，德勤•关黄陈方会计师行(“德勤”)将于公司于2025年6月27日举行的2025年股东周年大会结束时退任公司核数师。
德勤担任公司核数师至今已超过20年。考虑到德勤的任期，董事局认为适时轮换核数师属良好的管治常规。在公司审核委员会的推荐建议下，董事局已议决于德勤任期届满后，将不再建议续聘德勤为公司核数师，并将于股东周年大会上向公司股东建议于德勤煺任后委任大信梁学濂(香港)会计师事务所有限公司(“大信梁学濂”)为公司新任核数师。
