Revenue for the quarter ended March 31 was $219.6 million, up from $211.2 million a year earlier.

The company said it expects Q2 revenue of $235 million to $240 million. Analysts surveyed by FactSet expect $239 million.
The company reiterated its 2025 revenue guidance of $950 million to $970 million. Analysts polled by FactSet expect $948.8 million.
OneSpaWorld said its board approved a new share repurchase program for up to $75 million of its common shares.
Shares were over 7% higher in recent premarket activity.
