JD.com (HKG:9618) purchased an office building in London's Westminster district for 37 million pounds sterling from ITC Properties (HKG:0199), The Standard reported Tuesday, citing media reports.
The company's unit, JD Property purchased the seven-storey property, known as 20 Greycoat Place, the report said.
JD Property or parent company JD.com is expected to partially occupy the property, the report said.
ITC Properties purchased the building in 2016 for 18.5 million pounds and obtained approval for renovations in 2021, the report said.
