智通财经APP讯，安徽皖通高速公路(00995)发布公告，于2025年4月30日，本公司与联合体其他成员订立合资协议，并就成立合资公司的相关安排达成一致。合资公司的注册资本将达人民币6.16亿元，本公司将以现金出资人民币2.16亿元，占合资公司35%股权。预期合资公司注册成立后的初始注册资本为人民币1亿元，其中安徽交控集团、本公司、交控工程、交控建工及交控信息产业将于合资公司注册成立时分别出资人民币6300万元、人民币3500万元、人民币100万元、人民币50万元及人民币50 万元。
